Career Journey Overview

My career began as the owner of Jalam Engineering, where I managed operations, secured large tenders, and built long-term client partnerships. After transitioning into corporate roles, I served as an Account Executive at WILO, where I doubled export sales through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

As the Head of Sales and Business Development, I led WILO’s entry into new markets, achieving a 42% increase in regional sales. Later, as the Head of Subsidiary Sales, I managed a team of 15 professionals, driving performance benchmarks and exceeding growth targets.

At Proemion GmbH, I focused on European market expansion while mentoring the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to improve lead conversion and client engagement strategies.

Transition to Data Analysis

Throughout my career, I found myself increasingly drawn to using data to solve business challenges. Motivated by this, I pursued technical expertise in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel. I’ve since completed several projects where I cleaned and transformed data, conducted exploratory analysis, and presented actionable insights that improved organizational performance.
